CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your visit total with no option to use as a credit depending on the circumstance. If you cancel less then 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your visit total. You will be given a chance to use the fee as credit if you reschedule within 7 days. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and you will be treated as if you missed your scheduled appointment. If you miss two scheduled appointments you will be required to message me for all future appointments. If you miss three scheduled appointments you will be blocked from booking. Communication is key!
